Remains can be swept directly from the cutting board into the waste collector. Spilt juices, crumbs or other small pieces of organic waste can be washed down into the drain with the removable sprayer hose. Thus extra cleaning becomes unnecessary. In addition, the special format of the sink makes it easier to clean large platters and baking sheets.
