The legal basis for the processing of your data, if you have given your consent, is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Your data will be processed via a server of Active Campaign LLC, 150 N. Michigan Ave Suite 1230, Chicago, IL, US, USA (hereinafter: "Active Campaign") in the USA and stored there. When you open an email sent by us via Active Campaign, a file contained in the email (a so-called web-beacon) connects to Active Campaign's servers so that the data relating to the email, in particular information about the respective communication, name, email address, opening and click rates, IP address, browser type and operating system is processed by Active Campaign's servers and stored there. In this way it can be determined whether an e-mail has been opened and which links have been clicked on, if applicable. For technical reasons, this information can be assigned to you as the recipient. However, it is not our intention to monitor you as an individual user. The evaluations allow us to recognis the reading habits of our users in principle and to adapt our content to all users or to send different content according to the interests of our users. They therefore serve exclusively as a tool for the statistical analysis of our mailing campaigns.
